2. Scope of Services The webshop offers print-on-demand products (such as t-shirts and mugs) manufactured based on fixed designs. All products are made individually upon order. The webshop currently ships exclusively to the United States.

3. Ordering and Payment Orders are placed through the webshop. Payments are processed via Shopify Payments using credit/debit cards. By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this document.

4. Shipping Manufacturing and delivery of the ordered products are fulfilled by our partner (Gelato). Average shipping time is 4–6 business days.

5. Right of Withdrawal All products are custom-made, which legally excludes the general right of withdrawal. However, private individual customers may exercise a right of withdrawal for orders involving fewer than 5 items.

In the case of orders of 5 items or more, the return request will be reviewed individually and must be justified.

Business customers are not entitled to the right of withdrawal.

6. Complaints and Customer Service Complaints regarding defective or damaged products can be submitted via email to: info@itisatee.com. All complaints are assessed on a case-by-case basis based on the facts and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).

7. Data Protection Personal data provided during the ordering process will be handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties. A detailed Privacy Policy is available in a separate document and accessible in the footer of the webshop.

8. Final Provisions These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through itisatee.com. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms, with changes taking effect upon publication on the website.
